Jen was looking for a career change and wanted to learn to become a laboratory technician.

Jen is a fast learner and picked up the basics of assisting in the laboratory easily. She has now advanced to more intricate tasks and her background in customer service is shining brightly. She has always gone the extra mile to make things smoother, more efficient and best of all organized.

Jen now oversees the basic in and outs of the daily laboratory operations as well as interfacing with our client base to answer questions about their orders. We are so grateful to have her as an integral member of Nationwide Histology.
