We offer unique pricing for veterinarians which can be pay as you go or subscription service to control costs.

Monthly account works as follows:

You will be contacted within 1 business day of submitting this form to set up your account. We will take your credit card information and bill you on the first of every month. If you want to start immediately the rate will be pro-rated by half if the date is after the 15th of the month.

Once we process your payment you will be sent a kit in the mail to begin submitting samples. The kit will be sent monthly on the first business day of the month.

If you go over your allotted submission amounts or use services not included, you will be billed the overage on the following months' bill at the rate indicated in your plan. To cancel notify us 15 days before your billing cycle. There is no contract simply month to month and you can cancel anytime.

You will be sent a monthly statement showing all charges to your account on the first business day of each month. If you have any questions please call us at (509)288-4111
